It includes supervising the team, internal allocator training, client liaison and documentation upkeep. Managing customer service, customer satisfaction and repeat business. Guaranteeing a positive customer service experience.
Experience: Courtney has certification in office administration, and possesses extensive experience in coordinating rosters and staff, as well as working in a team environment. Her previous experience includes managing shop fronts in the travel industry with a multinational company, where skills such as working under pressure, last minute/immediate response time frames and customer service expertise was imperative.
Courtney holds a Certificate IV in Frontline Management.
