Paula Stevens

Role: Key Account Management, client based KPI expectation identification, liaison with clients, manages individual accounts and agreements.

Experience: With over 25 years in wide ranging Business Management, Customer Service and Client Liaison roles; most recently for 2.5 years as Donor Centre Manger with the Australian Red Cross Blood Service. Paula has proven account management experience and a demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of our client facilities. Importantly she has a thorough understanding of funding for not for profit organisations as well as commercial acumen in the Private arena.

Paula has a Masters Degree in Business Administration
