Community Nursing: What will my duties be with a Nursing Agency?
Community nursing in Australia allows vulnerable individuals and their families to receive specialised care and support. For the nurses and carers involved, we are invited to enter the safe space of another person's home to provide hands-on assessment and management of both acute and chronic health conditions. Though complexities will likely present themselves whilst on the job, the positive aspects of this work, coupled with the freedom and flexibility attached with agency work, proves why community nursing is a great career choice. We will go over the options available for assistants in nursing (AIN), registered nurses (RN) and enrolled nurses (EN) who want to work in this rewarding role with Carestaff Nursing Services.
