At Carestaff Nursing Services we are committed to the safety and wellbeing of all our people. That’s why in collaboration with our parent company, PeopleIN, we’re proud to offer our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) service.
Offered through leading EAP provider, Prima Group, this free service provides professional and confidential counselling support services to help address challenges that may affect you personally and professionally. These may range from:
• COVID-19 public health impacts
• Work pressure issues
• Emotional stress, anxiety, conflict, tension, and depression
• Separation, divorce, or relationship difficulties
• Child and family issues
• Personal trauma
• Grief and bereavement
• Health and lifestyle issues (including drugs, alcohol and gambling)
• Financial and legal referral
• Work related injury or illness
In addition to these services, you also have access to an online library of resources to self-manage your wellbeing for work and non-related ailments.
