Carestaff have been in operation for 20 years, one of the key focus areas and the most requested for improvement by our nurses is a streamlined education solution.
Our Human Resources team has answered your frustrations with something new, time saving and innovative.
We are excited to announce the release of the new education platform powered by iinduct.

What does this mean for you?

The education is a total solution to be completed annually

• One renewal date
• All mandatory modules
• Continued improvements
• Prompts to ensure you have plenty of time to complete the modules prior to expiry

Due to this solution; Carestaff will no longer require or accept education from other providers/employers.

iinduct education is considered a compulsory expectation to remain active and able to complete shifts with Carestaff. The modules will take between 2-3 hours to complete, they are certified and will accrue CPD points.

Which modules are provided?

iinduct provides all modules currently required as part of our client facility contractual agreements. The only excluded are First Aid Certification and National Police Clearances (both required 3 yearly). These will be your responsibility to achieve, however we can maintain the dates and advise you that the expiry is approaching.

How much does it cost?

There is NIL cost to our nurses.

We are glad you asked!

• Carestaff will register your details with iinduct
• You will receive an email with a website link and log in details
• The email will advise you have 30 days to complete your education in full
• Once your education is complete, Carestaff are automatically notified of your results and will update our system accordingly

Important Tips:

• Arrange a suitable time prior to the requirements to complete your education with minimal disruption. You are always welcome to call ahead and utilise the office computer for a peaceful, air conditioned environment.
• The requirement is a 100% pass on all modules. Therefore we must stress the importance of read and completing each section carefully and thoroughly.
• Speakers or headphones are a requirement to support education.
