I’d probably have to say the flexibility, working when you want to work and the variety of shifts. The allocations team are also really good to talk to. Can you tell me about a rewarding experience you've had whilst working with Carestaff? I’ve had a lot of good learning experiences and opportunities. Working at so many different places you encounter so many different environments, people and learn how to adapt. It’s really rewarding. What makes you passionate about nursing? I get a lot of self-satisfaction out of nursing. Why not make a career out of helping people. If you had to sum Carestaff up in one word how would you describe us? Amazing. Can you tell me about a rewarding experience you've had whilst working with Carestaff? I really do feel like every time I go to my shift it’s a rewarding experience. Last year I got to work with a palliative in home patient for a few weeks and that was probably the most rewarding experience I’ve ever had. What makes you passionate about nursing? I really enjoy just being able to go to different places and help people out. If you had to sum Carestaff up in one word how would you describe us? I’d say very delightful and engaging. I feel like Jan always stands out to me. She is always so cheery first thing in the morning. I enjoy speaking with her bright and early and when I get good feedback, she will always pass it onto me which is always nice to hear. What makes you passionate about nursing? I really don’t see myself doing anything else as cheesy as it sounds. I’ve had so many good experiences learning on the job and meeting and helping people. Can you tell me about a rewarding experience you've had whilst working with Carestaff? I think it's rewarding to work with the residents. It feels like working with family and they are always so grateful that you’re there. What makes you passionate about nursing? I’m in my third trimester of life and you look at things a little bit differently when you are older. One day you’re going to need help from someone else, and someone will be there for you. That is why I want to be there for others. If you had to sum Carestaff up in one word how would you describe us? I love working with Carestaff. It gives you choice and freedom. Tell us about a rewarding experience you’ve had whilst working with Carestaff? It’s really the Carestaff team. They never pressure you to go anywhere you don’t want and are really understanding and give you breaks when you need it. Also, being appreciated by facilities and working with their awesome staff. What makes you passionate about nursing? When I see patients unwell, I just want to be there to help them every day and hope they get better. I think nursing makes me a better person . If you had to sum Carestaff up in one word how would you describe us? I could say the best but that wouldn’t do it justice. Just awesome.
